How your privacy and data are protected during a telepsychiatry consultation?

Your conversation with the doctors or therapists should not be recorded. Instead, like in a conventional in-person appointment, your doctor or therapist should take notes to record the content of your conversations. If you are not sure, please check with your doctor or therapist before conversation begins

1.

Your call is not recorded. It is a safe and confidential environment between you and the specialist

2.

The doctor makes remote notes in the same way as in a face-to-face appointment

3.

After the appointment is over, the doctor will update your medical history in the same way as in a face-to-face appointment

4.
5.

The biggest advantage is that you can consult with a specialist regardless of where you are

It's secure, confidential and easy to use
